Not pillow ball, but Ingalls makes replacement control arms (rubber bushings... you could probably find some poly bushings to replace the rubber). Here is my review for the ones for the Tib:

They make them for many different cars... you could measure yours and give them a call to see if they have any that are the proper length. If not, they'd probably make them if you could get a group buy going.

What's the point of having pillow ball mounts on the trailing arms anyway?

my car got involved recently in small accident and i was looking for some aftermarket control arm since the oem ones aren't cheap...
