Well, after hours and hours of trying to figure out why the board is not sending out any emails, I came to the conclusion that it must be server side. So I contacted our host, and sure enough, they blocked my account from sending emails.
"You could send emails to 100 recipients per message with a time gap of 200msg/hr or 2000msg/day using our CGI servers."
So we have a 200 email per hour or 2000 emails per day limit before they block the account as a form of spamming protection. I don't see how we could possibly be sending out that many emails, so there has to be a problem somewhere. I'll keep looking for it... but they have unblocked our account again, so everything should work again..... for now.
